Potash and Europe

If you buy, trade or purchase potash, you will be aware that FSU material has not figured on the European free circulation market for many years. Large volumes have been displaced from FSU and European markets and FSU potash is now shipped globally. Major changes (Market Economy Status for Russia, accession of East European countries to the EU and tightening supply) serve as a prelude to the due date of expiry (May 2005) of anti-dumping duties on FSU potassium chloride.
